Issues connecting to eHealth services – solved

UPDATE: Connections to eHealth core & value added services have been restored at 11:30. Some latency issues could still occur until 17:50. The BCP has been switched off at 19:52.

Issues connecting to eHealth core & value added services on 15/10: users could expercience slow connections and/or temporary service disruptions. The Business Continuity Procedure for insurability has been active since 11:14.

eHealth Core & VAS services restored

UPDATE 7:00 (1 October): All eHealth core & all value added services have been restored.

UPDATE 19:00 (30 September): All eHealth core services & several value added services have been restored.

Following undesired effects of a planned switching upgrade all eHealth core services and value added services are currently disturbed. Teams are working hard to reestablish normal service operations.


Issues with National Register resolved

Issue resolved at 10:20

Information flow from National Register was disturbed, impacting eHealth value added applications retrieving identity information from National Register (INSISTO, PARIS, Vitalink…).
